Welcome to my practice.

Welcome to my practice.

Seeking support can be one of the most meaningful steps towards understanding yourself, navigating challenges, and creating lasting change. I provide a warm, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic space for older adolescents and adults to explore their experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and strengthen their wellbeing.

My practice is grounded in respect for each person’s unique identity, lived experience, and way of being in the world. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming and gender-affirming perspective, recognising that many difficulties arise not from who we are, but from the challenges of living in environments that may not fully understand or support us.All consultations are offered online, providing accessible and flexible psychological support wherever you are.

My Approach

I am a Counselling Psychologist who works from an integrative therapeutic framework, drawing on evidence-based approaches and tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client.

I believe that therapy should not follow a “one-size-fits-all” model. Instead, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique strengths, challenges, relationships, and life circumstances. Together, we explore patterns that may be contributing to distress while developing practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.

My work is informed by an understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Many people experience anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, emotional dysregulation, or difficulties in relationships when their nervous system has been under prolonged stress. Therapy can help develop greater awareness, self-compassion, regulation skills, and resilience.

Areas of Interest

I have a particular interest in working with:

  • Neurodivergent adolescents and adults
  • Autism and autistic identity
  • Neurodiversity assessments
  • Nervous system dysregulation and burnout
  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
  • Identity development and self-understanding
  • Gender diversity and gender identity exploration
  • Gender-affirming psychological support
  • Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
  • Self-esteem and relationship challenges

Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice

I view neurodiversity as a natural and valuable aspect of human variation. Rather than focusing on “fixing” differences, I work alongside clients to better understand their neurotype, identify strengths, navigate challenges, and develop strategies that support wellbeing and authenticity.

Whether you are exploring a possible neurodivergent identity, seeking assessment, experiencing burnout, or looking for support in daily life, therapy can provide a space for reflection, understanding, and growth.

Gender-Affirming Care

I am committed to providing affirming, respectful, and evidence-based support to transgender, gender-diverse, and questioning individuals.

Therapy may involve exploring gender identity, navigating social or medical transition-related decisions, managing minority stress, strengthening self-acceptance, or addressing broader mental health concerns within an affirming therapeutic environment.

My aim is to provide a space where clients can explore their experiences openly and authentically without fear of judgement.

Online Therapy

I offer secure online consultations for older adolescents and adults. Online therapy provides a convenient and accessible way to access psychological support from the comfort and privacy of your own environment.
